Delivery Information Unique Baby Gift Shop - Delivery Information

Ordering: You can order online 24 hrs a day 7 days a week with peace of mind, using our very secure ordering system. You can also order by email or phone. We accept payment by Paypal, Visa and Mastercard. Orders will be delivered after payment has been approved. All prices listed include GST. The cost of delivery is calculated and added when you place your order.

Delivery Fees:The Delivery fee depends on the delivery destination. Our aim is to keep delivery costs down to an absolute minimum to make it affordable and easy for you to shop with us - Sydney Metro delivery is $8.95.

Remember that your baby gift is hand delivered by a courier to your door or to the person who is to receive your gift. Factors to consider are delivery address, time in-transit (e.g. interstate) and weight of goods.

Deliveries: Unique Baby Gift Shop currently delivers within Australia. We use a fast, efficient reliable courier service that provides hand to hand delivery.

Some country areas are Depot service only, and some remote areas are not serviced by our courier.

 If your order is to be sent to a PO Box it will be sent by Australia Post. Please use our contact page and enter your details to send us an email, or you can give us a call. We will then calculate your delivery fee and you can pay the fee using Paypal. Please note: large gifts such as furniture are not able to be sent by Australia Post.

Deliveries are made Mon to Fri up to 5pm each day, excluding public holidays. Deliveries will be sent the next business day when ever possible. Sydney Metro deliveries will be received that day, other deliveries will depend on the destination and the State, and will be calculated when you place your order.

 Some products such as our furniture range may take a little longer but will allways be sent as soon as possible. 

When placing your order please ensure you provide us with the correct delivery details of the recipient including a Phone Number were possible. Incorrect information may cause delays with your delivery. We will NOT accept responsibility for late deliveries or deliveries not received, if this occurs.  

If in the event that no one is available to accept the delivery, the Courier will leave a Card with a contact phone number. Just call the Courier and he will arrange to return with the goods. If it is not possible for someone to be there to accept delivery please contact us to discuss the option of the goods being left at your door.

If the recipient is in hospital, please ensure you have correct details and they have not been discharged. If the recipient has been discharged, an additional courier fee will apply for Re-direction of delivery.

We cannot accept a specific delivery time. Deliveries can be made up to 5pm Mon to Fri. It is the customers’ responsibility to inform Unique Baby Gift Shop if a delivery does not arrive. If this occurs we will contact the courier company and lodge an enquiry with them and have your goods delivered as soon as possible.

Our Policies: The satisfaction of our customers is of the utmost importance to us at Unique Baby Gift Shop, however we DO NOT refund or exchange for change of mind.

Substitutions: If an item is unavailable we will contact you to discuss replacing it with a similar item of equal or greater value, your happiness is our prioity.
