Ordering: You can order online 24 hrs a day 7 days a week with peace of mind using our very secure ordering system. You can also order by email or phone. We accept payment by Visa and Mastercard and PayPal. Orders will be delivered after payment has been approved. All prices listed include GST. The cost of delivery is calculated and added when you place your order.
Delivery Fees: Delivery fees are calculated when you place your order and depend on the delivery destination. Our aim is to keep delivery costs down to an absolute minimum to make it affordable and easy for you to shop with us - Sydney Metro delivery is $8.95.
Remember that your baby gift is hand delivered by a courier to your door or to the person who is to receive your gift. Factors to consider are delivery address, time in-transit (e.g. interstate) and weight of goods.
Deliveries: Unique Baby Gift Shop currently delivers within Australia. We use a fast, efficient reliable courier service that provides hand to hand delivery.
Some country areas are Depot service only, and some remote areas are not serviced by our courier.
If your order is to be sent to a PO Box it will be sent by Australia Post and we will need to calculate your delivery charge for you. Please use our contact page to send us an email or phone us, we would love to help you with your enquiry.
Deliveries are made Mon to Fri up to 5pm each day, excluding public holidays. Deliveries will be sent the next business day when ever possible. Sydney Metro deliveries will be received that day, other deliveries will depend on the destination and the State, and will be calculated when you place your order.
Some products such as our furniture range may take a little longer but will allways be sent as soon as possible.
When placing your order please ensure you provide us with the correct delivery details of the recipient including a Phone Number were possible. Incorrect information may cause delays with your delivery. We will NOT accept responsibility for late deliveries or deliveries not received, if this occurs.
Please make sure there will be a person available to take delivery of the goods when they are delivered. If you provide a home address and the recipient is not home, there may be an added Re-delivery charge for the courier to return. If it is not possible for someone to be there to accept delivery please contact us to discuss the option of the goods being left at your door.
If the recipient is in hospital, please ensure you have correct details and they have not been discharged. If the recipient has been discharged, an additional courier fee will apply for Re-direction of delivery.
We cannot accept a specific delivery time. Deliveries can be made up to 5pm Mon to Fri. It is the customers’ responsibility to inform Unique Baby Gift Shop if a delivery does not arrive. If this occurs we will contact the courier company and lodge an enquiry with them and have your goods delivered as soon as possible.
Claims for in-transit damages must be filed according to the Couriers rules. Should your gift be damaged during delivery, please be sure to retain all packaging in order to process your claim. You must contact us within 24 hrs of receiving your delivery by email or phone.
Our Policies: Please review terms and condition carefully before purchasing from Unique Baby Gift Shop. The satisfaction of our customers is of the utmost importance to us at Unique Baby Gift Shop, however we DO NOT refund or exchange for change of mind.
Substitutions: If an item is unavailable we will contact you to discuss replacing it with a similar item of equal or greater value. Please note order early to avoid disappointment.
Faulty Goods: If an item is faulty we will happily replace the item upon receipt of the returned original product. Please contact us by email or phone within 48 hrs of receipt of your delivery for an Authorised return. Only authorised returns will be accepted.Your happiness is our priority, please dont hesitate to contact us.
